TaekwondoWon (TW), also known as Taekwondo (TKD) Park, is simply the largest TKD or indeed Korean Martial Art (KMA) training facility in the world. It covers 570 acres in the beautiful mountainous county of Muju in the Republic of Korea (ROK).

Announcing a very special World Master Class seminar at TaekwondoWon, with outstanding global standards training in 2 core components of Taekwondo (Poomsae & Hosinsul).

The Poomsae event will be conducted by both TS Taekwondo (KOREA) and the World Taekwondo Professional Trainer Association (WTPTA). Some of the Master instructors set the gold standard (Poomsae world champions) and are very professional. The systems that they will share are used by some of the one of the most successful Poomsae medal winning centers in the world.

The HoSinSul aspect will be led by GM LTC J.S. Lim. GM Lim is the former head of Military Close Quarter Combat for the Royal Malaysian Armed Forces and selected US Army SF (Special Forces) and SOF (Special Operation Forces) units. He is also on the Council of Masters for the Korea Tukkong Association (ROK Army Special Forces) and a GM of Hapkido. Participants will be led through an in-depth understanding and fundamentals of HoSinSul from the Korean view point, covering various key styles or interpretations of HoSinSul, especially Taekwon HoSinSul, Kukki HoSinSul and Hapki HoSinSul. Eligible participants (please register your interest prior) can request forassessment for HSS Certification and Qualification from KOMA SEAPAC.

Participants will also be assured of some personal face time with the various GMs and MST’s where they can field technical, administrative or historical questions. Wherever possible, instructions and dialogs will be in English, especially for the HoSinSul sessions. Translators will be on hand.

18 NOV SATURDAY
Competition Poomsae: Day 1
• Conducted by leading TS Taekwondo and WTPTA Master Coaches and medal winners led by MST Ji.
• 9am to 12pm: Content covers Competition Poomsae preparation fundamentals and presentation tips.
• 12pm to 1.00pm: Lunch provided.
• 1.30pm to 3pm: Poomsae execution.
Hosinsul (Self Defense) Day 1
• 3pm to 5pm: Authentic Self Defense strategies and tactics based on Taekwondo and Hapki Hosinsul fundamentals led by GM JS LIM.
• Dinner provided.

19 NOV SUNDAY
Competition Poomsae: Day 2
• Conducted by leading TS Taekwondo and WTPTA Master Coaches and medal winners led by MST Ji.
• 9am to 12pm: Content covers Competition Poomsae Key Elements: Stances, Position and Posture, Power and Focus, Techniques.
• 12pm to 1.00pm: Lunch provided.
• 1.30pm to 3pm: Poomsae execution.
Hosinsul (Self Defense) Day 2
• 3pm to 5pm: Authentic Self Defence strategies and tactics based on Taekwondo and Hapki Hosinsul fundamentals led by GM JS LIM.
• Dinner provided.


20 NOV MONDAY
Competition Poomsae: Day 3
• Conducted by leading TS Taekwondo and WTPTA Master Coaches and medal winners led by MST Ji.
• 9am to 12pm: Advanced Performance Poomsae training tips #1.
• 12pm to 1.00pm: Lunch provided.
• 1.30pm to 3pm: Poomsae execution.
Hosinsul (Self Defense) Day 3
• 3pm to 5pm: Authentic Self Defence strategies and tactics based on Kukki style Hosinsul and Hapki Hosinsul fundamentals led by GM JS LIM.
• Dinner provided.

21 NOV TUESDAY
Competition Poomsae: Day 4
• Conducted by leading TS Taekwondo and WTPTA Master Coaches and medal winners led by MST Ji.
• 9am to 12pm: Advanced Performance Poomsae training tips #2.
• 12pm to 1.00pm: Lunch provided.
• 1.30pm to 3pm: Poomsae execution.
Hosinsul (Self Defense) Day 4
• 3pm to 5pm: Authentic Self Defence strategies and tactics based on Military CQC inputs led by GM JS LIM.
• Farewell Dinner provided.


22 NOV WEDNESDAY
• 7am to 8.30am: breakfast, then immediate check out.
• 9am to 3.00pm coach trip to KUKKIWON (World Taekwondo Headquarters) with tour and lunch.
• 5.30pm: Coach trip back to hotel (Seoul).
• Own dinner (FREE TIME)


23 NOV THURSDAY
• Hotel Check Out , Own depart to Incheon International Airport.
